Thaw frozen fruits in approx. 5 minutes at 180 watts.
Puree the fruits and mix with the preserving sugar and the juice of ½ lemon and cook uncovered for about 6-8 minutes at 600 watts. Stir 1-2 times halfway through the cooking time.
Pour the slightly cooled jam into small jars with screw caps. Close well.
