Ingredients
- 250 g berries, “red fruits” frozen mixture
- 125 g preservin suar, (2: 1)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)

- Of course, this recipe is also possible with any other frozen fruit mix or with fresh fruit!
- Thaw frozen fruits in approx. 5 minutes at 180 watts.
- Puree the fruits and mix with the preserving sugar and the juice of ½ lemon and cook uncovered for about 6-8 minutes at 600 watts. Stir 1-2 times halfway through the cooking time.
- Pour the slightly cooled jam into small jars with screw caps. Close well.
- Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and boil the glasses in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool down - done!
- Tip: Please use microwave-safe dishes.
