  1. Wash the strawberries and rhubarb and cut into pieces. Puree together with quark or yoghurt and add watermelon, water or coconut water until the desired creaminess is achieved.
  2. You can also leave out the liquid completely for a smoothie bowl. Now add sweetener to taste and stir in the chia seeds and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Then pour into a glass and enjoy with a straw or a spoon.
  3. Tip: Freeze some of the fruit beforehand or add ice cubes.
