Instructions

  1. Weigh 1 kg of berries, bring to the boil with preserving sugar, cook for four minutes, stirring constantly, and pour into prepared glasses.
  2. Note: There are many different berries in my garden. Since they don`t all ripen at the same time and in different quantities, I always freeze some and when it adds up to 1 kg, I make jam out of them. The jam is the same every year, but it always tastes a little different because the amount of berries is always different.
