Instructions

  1. In a high pan or saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic and carrots over medium heat, add tomato paste and fry briefly.
  2. Add the tomatoes, stock and lentils, cover with a lid and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Finally add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta as usual and fold into the sauce.
