- Mix dry ingredients together and add slowly stirring to the water, stir well, let rest for approx. 20 minutes, then stir in the 2 tablespoons of oil.
- In the hot fat, fry until golden brown on both sides, please make sure that nothing red or pink is visible, otherwise they will not be cooked yet.
- Flavorless, after about three pancakes no more fat is needed for frying, the pan is then hot enough and the pancakes taste better.
- They are easy to roll and fill when warm, and break when cold.
