Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers, cut into small cubes and sauté in hot oil for approx. 8 minutes until soft. Then puree.
  2. Roast the ground nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Mix all ingredients and season the mixture with the spices to taste.
  4. Tip: You can also use cashew nuts or peanuts instead of hazelnuts. As good as a spread as with jacket potatoes.
