• 1 tube tomato paste
• 1 glass pepper, pickled green
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 cups cream
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon brandy or sherry

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Half of the peppercorns are mashed with a fork, the other half is left whole. Briefly bring to the boil. Tastes warm or cold - especially good with steaks.
