Sauté the onions, garlic, chilli and bay leaves in olive oil. Add the paprika pieces, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato pieces and tomato paste. Cover the pan and stew for approx. 30 minutes. Shortly before the end of cooking, season to taste with herbs.
Is a delicious side dish, but also tastes great with spaghetti.
