- Boil the rice in salted water. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes and sauté in a little water until firm to the bite.
- When the rice and vegetables are ready, drain the water and put them together in a saucepan. Then add the packet of Tomato al Gusto and season.
- The dish goes well with meat skewers or other pan-fried dishes with tzatziki.
