  1. Peel and dice the beetroot. Halve the banana and cut one half into slices. Put the other half of the banana together with beetroot, frozen berries, millet flakes, dates, chia seeds, rice drink and linseed oil in a (high-performance) mixer and puree.
  2. Put the smoothie in a cereal bowl or a deep plate and sprinkle with the banana slices, millet flakes, a few more berries, chia seeds, amaranth pops or something similar.
