Instructions

  1. Stone and peel the peaches (best with a very sharp paring knife).
  2. Slice open the vanilla pod.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a wide container and pour the schnapps on top.
  4. The liqueur can be strained and enjoyed after three months. I leave the fruit liqueurs on the fruit for a year. The aroma then becomes much more intense.
