Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients one after the other with a hand mixer to form a dough.
  2. Pour the dough into a wreath form that has been greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees on the middle sliding bar for about 50 minutes (make a stick test!)
  4. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
  5. Keeps fresh for a long time and is easy to freeze in portions.
