Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix together until a smooth dough is formed. Put the dough in a greased wreath form or springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm (but I prefer the wreath form).
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for one hour.
For the icing, stir the powdered sugar with a little red wine until smooth - the mixture should not be too thin! Better to mix with a little less red wine. Now spread the topping on the cake, which is still lukewarm, let it dry and serve.
