Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grate the chocolate or use the finished chocolate flakes. Crumble the biscuits. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and red wine until frothy. Stir in the flour mixture, first fold in the chocolate and biscuits, then fold in the egg whites.
