- Melt the chocolate over a mild heat.
- Then stir butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Beat everything until frothy.
- Then stir in the melted chocolate.
- Mix the flour with the remaining dry ingredients and mix in alternately with the wine (stir).
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in!
- Fill into a greased and floured Gugelhupf pan and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 55 minutes.
