Instructions

  1. Peel shallots and garlic, chop finely. Cut the bacon into 6-7 mm cubes. Heat a skillet with olive oil, add bacon, melt the fat.
  2. Add shallots and garlic, salt and pepper, fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with vinegar, cook for 1 min. Add honey and wine, increase heat to medium-high, cook until sauce is half evaporated.
