Beat the butter and sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs. Stir in the couverture, wine, pears and salt.
Mix baking powder, starch, spice and chocolate powder with flour and stir in portions.
Put in a star form (28cm) or a springform pan (26cm) and bake at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat) for 1 ΒΌ hours. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through the baking time.
