Ingredients
- 100 g couverture, whole milk
- 50 g pear (s), dried, finely chopped
- 250 g butter
- 250 g powdered suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 175 ml wine, red
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet gingerbread spice, (5g)
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 250 g flour

- Finely chop the couverture.
- Beat the butter and sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs. Stir in the couverture, wine, pears and salt.
- Mix baking powder, starch, spice and chocolate powder with flour and stir in portions.
- Put in a star form (28cm) or a springform pan (26cm) and bake at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat) for 1 ¼ hours. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through the baking time.
- After cooling, glaze with chocolate or icing.
