Ingredients
- 300 g butter / mararine
- 200 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 250 g chocolate sprinkles (stick shape)
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 point baking powder
- 2 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 175 ml wine, red
- 1 glass cherry (s), drained (large glass)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection).
- Mix the margarine sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs with the mixer. Add baking powder and flour. Add half of the red wine, stir. Add the streusel and spices (cinnamon, cocoa), add the second half of the red wine and stir in as well.
- Fold in the drained cherries.
- Grease the 26cm springform pan and add the dough, bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 70 minutes.
- Tip 1: replace a small part of the sugar with cane sugar in winter or stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Or add 1 teaspoon of cardamom.
- Tip 2: Soak the drained cherries in the same red wine for 1 night beforehand.
- Tip 3: For children, use the cherry juice from the drained cherries instead of the red wine.
