Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g nuts or almonds, round
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml red wine, drier
  • 300 g apples, peeled, finely diced
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and stir in. Mix the flour with the nuts or almonds, the chocolate sprinkles, the baking powder and cinnamon and stir in. Stir in the red wine and finally fold in the peeled and finely diced apples. Pour the dough into a greased cup cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 - 70 minutes.
