Ingredients
- 2 points pudding powder, vanilla
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 points vanilla sugar
- 750 ml wine, white
- 1 kg apples, e.g. Boskop
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 125 g mararine (semi-fat mararine)
- 125 g suar
- 1 egg (s)

- Quarter and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into wedges. Cook a pudding from the pudding powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and wine, add the apple wedges and stir in.
- Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, margarine, sugar and egg. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, roll out the dough on it and pull up an edge about 3 cm high. Prick the dough several times with a fork, also on the edge. Put the slightly cooled apple pudding on the dough and smooth it out.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
- Let the finished cake stand in the switched off oven for approx. 10 minutes. Only remove the edge of the springform pan after it has cooled down.
