- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 4 egg (s)
- 150 ml red wine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 packet baking powder

- Mix butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Melt the block chocolate in a water bath and add to the batter. Sift the flour, mix with the cinnamon and baking powder and stir into the dough alternately with the wine. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm (use a rhodon insert).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 60 minutes.
