Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, margarine, sugar and egg. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, roll out the dough on it and pull up an edge about 3 cm high. Prick the dough several times with a fork, also on the edge. Put the slightly cooled apple pudding on the dough and smooth it out.
