Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the red cabbage and cut into very fine strips. Wash the beetroot and carrots and cut them into very fine strips.
  2. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, cream, mustard and the finely diced onions and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully mix all ingredients together, fold in the salad dressing and sprinkle the raw vegetables with the parsley.
