- Wash and clean the red cabbage and cut into very fine strips. Wash the beetroot and carrots and cut them into very fine strips.
- Mix together the oil, lemon juice, cream, mustard and the finely diced onions and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully mix all ingredients together, fold in the salad dressing and sprinkle the raw vegetables with the parsley.
