Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the cocoa powder and the water or milk. (Until everything has blended well)
  2. Mix the flour with starch and baking powder separately in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt as well as the flavor (can also be omitted) for at least 5 minutes until white and creamy.
  4. Slowly and gradually add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue beating.
  5. Finally stir in the flour mixture briefly, please only until everything is well mixed.
  6. Now put the dough in a greased form (all forms are actually suitable for this) and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 165 ° C fan oven for 45-50 minutes.
