Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and cut all vegetables and the apple very small, I used the Genius vegetable cutter, smallest setting. Also cut the cress into small pieces and put everything in a large bowl. Drain the crabs in a colander. Meanwhile, cut the herring fillets into small cubes. Add both to the vegetables.
  2. For the salad dressing, mix the honey with the olive oil and prepare the mixes according to the instructions on the packet. Add the herbs and honey-olive oil mixture and stir everything well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix in carefully.
  3. The salad tastes best if you make it the day before, then it is well drawn. But we also ate it freshly prepared on hot days with a baguette.
