Clean the carrots and cut into slices. Cook with a pecked sausage, salt and sugar in a little water until soft (approx. 20 min.). Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook until soft. Mash and mix both. Add butter.
Fry the bacon until crispy, sweat the diced onions in the frying fat until translucent. Mix in with the mass. Season to taste with about 1 tablespoon of honey and the spices. Cut the 2 sausages into slices and mix in.
