Ingredients
- 750 g carrot (s)
- 750 g potato (s)
- 2 sausages (Mettwürste)
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 1 packet bacon, diced
- honey
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- sugar
- some butter
- water

- Clean the carrots and cut into slices. Cook with a pecked sausage, salt and sugar in a little water until soft (approx. 20 min.). Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook until soft. Mash and mix both. Add butter.
- Fry the bacon until crispy, sweat the diced onions in the frying fat until translucent. Mix in with the mass. Season to taste with about 1 tablespoon of honey and the spices. Cut the 2 sausages into slices and mix in.
- It also tastes great with gravy or a roast pork.
