Instructions

  1. Peel the rhubarb and apples and cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan and fill up with water, not completely covered. Add sugar, citric acid and spices. Steam for 20 minutes either in the steamer or on the stove on a low flame.
  2. Pour hot into Twist Off jars and close immediately.
