- Peel the rhubarb and cut into 2 cm pieces. Cut the bananas into pieces. Sprinkle both with sugar.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, beat in powdered sugar and egg yolks. Sieve the flour, starch and baking powder over it and fold in.
- Pour into a greased form and place the fruit on top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
