Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled rhubarb into small pieces. Pour rhubarb and sugar into a suitable glass vessel with a lid (approx. 1.5 l). Pour in the vodka, add the vanilla pod and close the jar. Put in a dark, cool place (e.g. cellar) for 4 weeks.
  2. After the 4 weeks, filter the patch by simply pouring it through a cloth.
