For the meringue topping:
- Cut the rhubarb into pieces.
- Prepare a dough from butter to cornstarch, grease the springform pan, pour in the dough, put pieces of rhubarb on top. Bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the meringue, place on the cake and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Danger! always make sure that the meringue doesn`t get too dark, maybe switch it down a bit.
- Then let stand in the warm oven for 5-10 minutes. Have fun baking!
