Instructions

  1. Cut the rhubarb into pieces approx. 1 cm in size. Cut the mint leaves into fine strips. Mix everything with the preserving sugar.
  2. I let the whole thing stand until the preserving sugar had dissolved.
  3. Then bring everything to the boil and pour into glasses while hot.
