Instructions

  1. Cool the Aperol, sparkling wine and rhubarb juice well. Wash the orange with hot water and rub the peel dry with a cloth.
  2. Pour the Aperol into the glass, top up with rhubarb juice, prosecco and a splash of mineral water, to taste. Add an orange fillet and ice cubes if you like.
