Ingredients

• 4 cl Aperol
• 6 cl rhubarb nectar
• 3 cl Prosecco or sparkling wine
• 1 splash mineral water, classic, optional
• 1 orange fillet (s), with skin
• ice cubes

Instructions

1. Cool the Aperol, sparkling wine and rhubarb juice well. Wash the orange with hot water and rub the peel dry with a cloth.
2. Pour the Aperol into the glass, top up with rhubarb juice, prosecco and a splash of mineral water, to taste. Add an orange fillet and ice cubes if you like.
