Instructions

  1. Fry the ribs on both sides in the hot oil, then fill the pan with water and cook for about 1-2 hours until the meat falls off the bone by itself and the cartilage has become buttery soft. I season with salt and pepper 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Thicken the sauce with sauce thickener as desired.
  2. Sauerkraut and potatoes go best with it.
