- Chop the onion and garlic cloves into small pieces. Cut the vegetables and feta cheese into small pieces as desired. In the meantime, cook the rice.
- Put some oil in a pan and heat it up. Fry the onion and garlic briefly, then add the vegetables and cook until al dente. But finally add the tomatoes.
- Add the tomato paste, then the cream and cream cheese. Then add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
- Finally add the feta cheese and tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and possibly garlic granules as desired.
