Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 300 g rice
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves into small pieces. Cut the vegetables and feta cheese into small pieces as desired. In the meantime, cook the rice.
  2. Put some oil in a pan and heat it up. Fry the onion and garlic briefly, then add the vegetables and cook until al dente. But finally add the tomatoes.
  3. Add the tomato paste, then the cream and cream cheese. Then add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
  4. Finally add the feta cheese and tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and possibly garlic granules as desired.
