Ingredients

  • 250 g rice
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 800 g zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, diced
  • 30 g butter or mararine
  • 200 ml broth
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch chives
  • pepper
  • Curry powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat butter or margarine and sauté onion and garlic cubes in it. Add the paprika strips and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add the zucchini, season, pour in the stock and cook for approx. 10-15 minutes. Fold in the drained rice and crème fraiche.
  2. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
