Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas (or frozen)
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage (poultry or pork)
  • 1 small Canned tomato (s), lumpy or peeled
  • 2 sachets rice
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in lightly salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Remove the meat sausage from the skin and cut into cubes. Core the pepper and cut into small strips. Peel and also dice the onion. Put the peas and corn in a kitchen sieve and drain.
  2. Fry the onions in hot oil, add the sausage cubes and fry with them. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and plenty of curry powder. Add the corn, peas and pepper pieces and toast briefly. Then put the tomato pieces in the pan and stir in well.
  3. Finally add the cooked rice and mix everything well.
