Peel the apples, remove the core, quarter and cut into thin slices (slice if necessary - we do it with the food processor).
Beat the margarine (or butter), sugar and eggs until frothy.
Then stir in the quark and milk. Do not worry, you will need a lot of liquid later to swell the rice pudding. Fold in the rice pudding, apples and possibly the raisins (to taste).
Pour into a flat baking dish and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (middle rack). The baking time is approx. 50-60 minutes. We take the casserole out of the oven when the surface has turned a nice brown.
