Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into not too small pieces. Put the apple juice, cinnamon, honey and lime juice in a saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes. The apple pieces shouldn`t disintegrate. Let cool down.
  2. Cook the rice without salt and let it cool in a colander. Then pour into a bowl.
  3. Add the yogurt to the cooled rice. Beat the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold into the rice with the apple pieces with a fork. Possibly sweeten with a little sugar to taste.
  4. Now just enjoy.
