Ingredients
- 130 g lon rain rice
- 150 g yourt
- 100 ml cream
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- possibly sugar if necessary
- 1 apple (Braeburn)
- 1 apple (Delicius)
- 3 tablespoon apple juice
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled honey
- 1 splash lime juice

- Peel the apples and cut them into not too small pieces. Put the apple juice, cinnamon, honey and lime juice in a saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes. The apple pieces shouldn`t disintegrate. Let cool down.
- Cook the rice without salt and let it cool in a colander. Then pour into a bowl.
- Add the yogurt to the cooled rice. Beat the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold into the rice with the apple pieces with a fork. Possibly sweeten with a little sugar to taste.
- Now just enjoy.
