Fry the minced meat with pepper and herb salt in the heated olive oil. Clean the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil. In the meantime, squeeze out 4 cloves of garlic and chop them with the basil. Mix with the grated cheese.
Mix the rice with minced meat, mushrooms, natural yoghurt and cheese-basil-garlic mixture and let it steep for another 5 minutes under low heat.
