Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Fry the minced meat with pepper and herb salt in the heated olive oil. Clean the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil. In the meantime, squeeze out 4 cloves of garlic and chop them with the basil. Mix with the grated cheese.
  3. Mix the rice with minced meat, mushrooms, natural yoghurt and cheese-basil-garlic mixture and let it steep for another 5 minutes under low heat.
  4. Then serve immediately.
