Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water as usual. Fry the onions in a little oil. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into small cubes and then add the garlic.
  2. Then fry everything at the highest level for a few minutes while stirring, then add the minced meat and chop it up while frying. While the meat is searing, season well with pepper, salt and 1 teaspoon of granulated broth.
  3. When the meat is done, add the rice to the pan (therefore a large pan) and heat it. Finally, pour on the cream and season to taste again.
