Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet, then drain on a sieve
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat a pan with oil and add the onion. Wash, core and dice the peppers and add to the onion in the pan. Drain the olives and also add them to the pan. First cut the salami into strips and then into cubes and add to the pan. Fry for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes and chop them up. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Finally add the cooked rice and season with the spices.
