Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the Vienna sausages into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Roughly dice the onion, wash and dice the bell pepper.
Fry the wieners, onions and peppers in a little oil. Add the water, bring to the boil briefly and dissolve the vegetable stock in it.
Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Add 1 can of corn and the cooked rice and mix everything well. Mix in a little parsley and serve.
