Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and let it cool. Meanwhile, fry the chicken in a little oil over low heat. Then let it cool down.
  2. Chop the pineapple, chicken and bananas and mix well with the peas and rice. Chop the onion and mix in.
  3. Mix a marinade with the oil, pineapple and lemon juice, vinegar, spices and parsley.
  4. Fold the marinade into the lettuce and let the lettuce soak through. Season again to taste before serving.
