Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions and chill.
  2. Boil the green beans in salted water for 5 minutes, then rinse in ice water.
  3. Arrange the rice on 2 plates. Then serve the green beans, the drained tuna and the quartered eggs. Garnish with olives, hot peppers and red onions.
  4. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
