Instructions

  1. Chill the rice.
  2. Cut the carrots, peppers, pickles and onions into small cubes. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Cut the skinless and boned chicken drumsticks into bite-sized pieces, mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, oil and a little cucumber water.
